The second one bothers me more because somebody paid a professional to make it. That means nobody involved took the time to say, "Uh, dude?"

Is that kinda like "condo or apartment"? I notice you have nothing to say about the sans-apostrophe "owners." Is punctuation next week?
Apostrophe use is so bad these days I don't even notice it anymore, unfortunately.
